Pro Tools SE - Bug Makes Software Unusable

Pro Tools SE on my computer constantly locks up for a few minutes at a time when I try to edit projects. It fails to respond, but of course, closing the program gets a response. This is incredibly annoying because I constantly have to restart the software and sometimes it deletes my saved information. This has happened 10 times in the last week. I am running Windows 8 64-bit if that matters.

DAE error -9060 was encountered.

This one random software bug locks up the software and prevents me from being able to do anything. This is beyond atrocious and I have no clue what's causing it or how to rectify it. I would like someone from Avid to respond because I paid good money for this software and it does not work the way it should.

Hi, First of all, Pro Tools is not qualified to run in Windows 8, though many people have found ways to make it work. Search the forums.
