Default Super Duper fast MP3 player?

Hi folks...

well...I'm looking for a super fast MP3 player for quick playback of my MP3 encoded PT temp mixes...I've been using iTunes up to now...but was looking for something that isn't a 68Meg download?!?!? WTF?

I LOVE Coolplayer for Windows, but since I'm now officially MAC, perhaps someone here can direct me?

Mods: please move this to the proper forum....

thanks all!!

Sure, if you are on leopard you can simply select the file and press the space bar while in the finder. There is a great little app from Audio Ease called Snapper. i believe it cost $80 but there is a free 100 day limitless demo.

Right click > Quicktime is also another quick option with maybe more features, depending on which version you're rock'n.

Welcome to Mac.

We have been using Audio Hub but now that's not really in development. Another goodie is the 'Drop a Few My Way' applet which lets us drag a wav or whatever to the top of any finder window onto this icon which uses iTunes engine (but doesn't deposit your file in iTunes). Pretty slick.
