Amen. I consider this a design flaw. I can imagine situations where you want to work offline (such as on an airplane...not that I will be flying anywhere soon). But you can't even log in. Since I am a solo artist, my question at this point: what is the most basic Pro Tools product I need to work totally self-contained?

got a hold of Avid support finally.
I was told it's broken they are not able to fix it - use a different site, for sharing sessions .

Yea, this is out of hand. I haven’t been able to upload or download anything properly in a week. Who knows what’s up there at this point. Theres no place to check whats on the cloud? That’s an amateur move AVID. I’m just supposed to have faith that what I uploaded went up properly when my partner is downloading old tracks from days ago? Ridiculous and unacceptable.

it does work at 1:00 AM (well sometimes) - don't hold your breath. I would think that the things are now that most studios are closed people can't travel I would think that this would be and absolute 100% priority fro Avid to fix but talking with Avid on this they seem to have an attitude "yea we know its doesn't work reliably" - "too bad for you"

BTW Day 8 - 502 Bad Gateway errors again today

It seems like they've basically abandoned it. We're now using Google Drive. Add the session folder to File Stream. Just make sure no two people have the session open at once. Not ideal, but it gets the job done.
