True 48-Bit Mix Bus
Found this on D. Frangionni's forum.
http://www.musicplayer.com/ubb/ultim...;f=17;t=002715 QUOTE : From a new Digi press release: New Mixer Plug-Ins Provide a True 48-Bit Mix Bus Topology with +48 dB of Headroom: As a result of Digidesign’s efforts to continuously advance sonic quality within Pro Tools, we are providing four new mixers (Stereo and Surround, Dithered and Non-dithered) which utilize multiple TDM paths to maintain a true 48-bit signal path at all times, regardless of the complexity of your mix. END QUOTE so .... where can it be found ???

Re: True 48-Bit Mix Bus
I believe this will be a new mixer plug-in available in the 5.3.1 release this summer.
