Pro tools method one dvd Damaged

For a beginner its your worst nightmare! I have looked online and can only see the instructional dvd for sale. As I have paid for my Mbox2 i really would like to use Pro tools LE and REALLY don't wanna have to pay for the DVD again......Can anyone help me? Is there a free download for pro tools method one?????
