If Pro Tools isn't seeing your license in iLok Cloud, you should Close Your Cloud Session in iLok License Manager. You can then then either Open Your Cloud Session (to refresh the license) or activate the license to your new iLok USB Key.

Breaking it down for newbies

Step 1-You need to do this(disable Power Management on all USB ports, called "USB Root Hub" in Device Manager) if you want to use an iLok(or anything USB with Pro Tools). This is a standard Windows system tweak for Pro Tools. You don't want Windows deciding to shut off the power to USB ports because that is what powers the iLok(and maybe your interface or a USB hard drive).

Step2-(after doing step 1), connect your iLok and open the iLok Manager software and see if the iLok shows up on the left hand side(see screen shot for example).

Step 3-as jeffro said, end your cloud iLok session, which will put your PT license back into the "Available" section of your iLok software(see screen shot; red arrow) and then allow you to move the license to your iLok(see Step 4).

Step 4, if you see your PT license in the "Available" section, drag and drop it to your iLok on the left hand side.

It's a Mac, no USB power management settings needed/possible.

I know that I am not stupid I want to move them back to the ilock but I can't because it's not recognized by my computer and I am on a mac not a windows

Yes but you are wasting everybody else's time here by not even bothering to explain what you have done or are trying to do. Nobody can guess you've been having problems before, have moved to the cloud etc. And yes I know you are on a Mac, I just pointed that out. Now two pages into a thread and just going around in circles... and the most basic info is not clear... like when you talk about the iLok... are you talking about the new or old iLok. Is the new Ilok seen by ILM and can you add that new iLok it to your account? (did you do that before trying to move an license to it?... we have no idea how much stuff you know or what you are doing, we only know what you actually tell us.)

There is nothing here that should take more than 30 minutes or so to work through before giving up and contacting Pace support or testing with a clean macOS install. But you need to get your act together, and if you want help here you really need to work on describing stuff clearly.
