Euphonix MC Color: Panel not detected

Hi all.

I have a a problem getting any software detect a Euphonix MC color on one of our workstation. The panel works fine with other Desktops (Macintosh) and with any software (Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve)

OS: Windows7
Motherboard: Z9PE-D8 WS
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 256GB
2x E5-2620 v2 Intel 8Core Xeon 2.10GHz 15Mb
4x 8GB + 4GB Empty = 32GB1333MHz DDR3
GeForce GTX 680
2x GeForce TITAN Black
BMD Decklink 4K Extreme

The EuCon application installed is 3.4.1 provided directly by Avid Support. When loading it, the MC color appear in the device list. And when I try to upgrade the firmware it's says the last one is installed.

The LCD display shows normal empty square green rectangles that automatically should switch to the software-related labels in any other computer/mac.

I tried a fresh install of all the software, the os, hardware resets, both DHCP and manual configuration but no luck.
The panel is linked via Ethernet directly to the motherboard.

The right option is set in Resolve
And in Avid the right panel is selected in the preferences
RedCineX dosen't detect the panel either

Is anyone in my situation?

Just making sure, did you check the peripherals and made sure eucon is ON ?

Yes otherwise I won't be able to get the panel in the EUControl device list....

There was a bug fixed in v3.5 that may help with not being able to connect on Windows systems.

Thanks updating to 3.5 fixed the problem.
3weeks of headache sorted!
