Bug - playback head gets stuck when zooming during playback

I'm having a recurring bug where the playback head stops moving (while playback continues). I can continue to edit and do other things during playback, but the playback head itself is stuck at the point where playback began. It probably happens about 1 in 20 playbacks. It usually happens when I am zooming in quickly (using the "t" command) immediately after pressing play.

A general repro would be:
1. choose the selector from the edit bar (F7)
2. Press play
3. Immediately press "t" quickly two or three times
- the playback head will stay stationary while playback continues
4. If it gets stuck, zoom out 3 or 4 times (pressing "r")
- the playback head will start following again

My session is a fairly typical post session (15-20 tracks and a lot of auxes) with picture. There's probably about 15 minutes worth of material. I do notice a very short pause between pressing play and playback, and it may be that a zoom command during that period is causing it.
