I'm using PT 11, 10 both HD and non-HD, and I do own 18i20. Everything seems to be fine to me. So it would be nice if you could give us more information like what PT version, OS, driver version you use.

If you use on Mac OS at 96kHz, you should read this thread http://global.focusrite.com/answerba...96khz-on-a-mac

Try setting the computer to NOT route all audio thru the FR box. Once you get it working with Pro Tools, then you can try routing other audio thru it(best to simplify things for troubleshooting)

What driver are you using for the interface? Some drivers are only for Yosemite, others for ML.

When booting, hold down "N" and make sure you have selected the correct driver.

Need more info on your system. Simply saying "it doesn't work" doesn't give enough info.
