Default 11.1.3 vs 11.2.1

I'm one of the many users with completely unusable PTHD11 due to 9173 errors on TWO studio Mac Pros (4,1/5,1).

I run. HD3 Accel 10.3.7 for everything critical, or anytime clients are present, because of the state of PT 11.

I went from 11.0.2 directly to 11.2.1 because of the reported delay compensation fix.

-->My real question is this:
Is the only problem with the delay compensation in 11.1.3 when using virtual instruments (which I don't use), or is there a delay compensation issue on tracks or buses otherwise? Since the 9173 error does not exist in 11.1.3, I would most definitely downgrade if it's only instrument tracks affected.

Much appreciated.

I am not seeing the real time bounce error in the Read Me fix list. I imagine that may not get in until the Yosemite approved build but I am going to give it a shot none the less.

Update:
Nope. Not fixed this version.

There is a problem with BTD IN 11.2 and 11.2.1 which make those versions unusable for me. I had to go back to 11.3.1 which for me is fine...

If we can create a solid repro case it can get fixed.

First, it's not a global bug because very few people see it. So there must be something specific to the rigs/setups etc.

For example, does it do it with a brand new OS install and the stock plugs? If it does, post the Avid logs and the session file and I will submit it.

The delay compensation bug is not fixed. It's the same as it was in 11.2.1. The delay goes away if you put VIs on instrument tracks but the issue is still present if those VIs are on stereo tracks.

Can I ask why a VI is on a Stereo Audio track? Or I am missing something?

He probably meant stereo AUX tracks.

Guys, thanks. There are already so many threads on the 9173 issue I was not trying to do another. Just looking for confirmation of what was broken about ADC on 11.1.3 that was fixed in 11.2.1.

Can anyone confirm?

Thanks!
