Tiger 10.4.9 or Leopard 10.5.3?
Hi everyone,
I've got Protools LE 7.4, after hearing and reading about many problems with Leopard, I'm wondering about installing Protools on my iMac Intel Core Duo 2GB Ram with Tiger or on my iMac Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB Ram with Leopard. - What would be safer? - Or should I install Protools LE 7.3.1 on Tiger? Thanks for answers |

Re: Tiger 10.4.9 or Leopard 10.5.3?
It's qualified to work with Tiger. Leopard is in Pre-Release so if you want rock solid stability, put it on the Tiger machine...which work up to 10.4.11.

Ok, I've read on Digidesign.com that 7.4 is also compatible with 10.4.9, so, I'll install it there.

Maybe partition the drive and have both. I have two drives in my Mac Pro, one with 10.5.3 and the other 10.4.9.
