Hello,
same thing happens to me. I recently purchased a used Eleven Rack with firmware 1.0.3, and the expansion pack few days ago. I really wanted to be able to use those new features. Got download link and serial + systemid. So far so good. Tried to activate on Windows 8.1 and got this message. Tried to do that on appropriate mac and Windows xp and same message again. I assume that the keys are wrong (as it says) and should contact avid to get correct keys. But how? There is no phone number that I can call from Norway. I tried support . There is no sutible product that I can choose there. Any help on how to get in contact with avid for keys would be highly, highly appreciated. I paid almost 100 $ for something that I can't use. I'm beginning to be really depressed about this one. N.B the previous owner never registred the unit and I did it first when I bought it, so I don't think that activation fails due to this. How? I have same problem. I have trouble to find a way to contact Avid support.

Thanks for the quick response, Jeffro. Check your e-mail. I have another issue now with eleven rack editor. (it's starting, but nothing actually happens.)

Hey guys,
I'm from germany, so sorry for my english. I got a used eleven rack (old firmware) and I bought the Expansion Pack. (At the avid online shop). But I also get the "SystemId (**) Entered does not match the SystemId on record for this Serial Number (**)". I copy / paste the Serial / System-ID but the error occurs everytime. It's my first experience with Avid - so what exactly should I do now? Thank you - and sorry for my english. PC: Win 7 |
