Default Interlok???

I just bought ProTools M-Powered Essential and am attempting to install it on my computer. I have it installed but when I try to open it I get a message telling me I need to install some drivers from Interlok. I tried that, but they don't seem to be working as I still get the same message even after rebooting. (I have Vista 32-bit.)

I called the place where I bought it and they told me that I shouldn't be getting that screen. I know nothing about this stuff (after all I bought a beginner package) and needless to say am pretty frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.
