AAE Error -9093 while Recording

Hi there,

i have some minor issue with my pro tools sometimes.

The Error says:
Audio processing could not complete due to conflicts with other CPU tasks or a potential clocking issue. If this occurs often, verify your sync cables or try changing the HW Buffer Size setting in the Playback Engine dialog. In most cases, a larger HW buffer size will prevent the problem. (AAE -9093)

I am doing voice localization for german language and i have maximum 3-6 tracks open, while i only record on one track without any plugins open or involved except source-nexus for VoIP recordings.

Buffer Size is 64 Samples (i cant put it higher since the speaker will have a delay on his headphones then), Disk Playback: Normal (tried to put different sizes in there like 4, 8 , 12 gb but it didnt change the issue i have)

Playback Engine HD Native Thunderbolt connected to HD Omni Interface.

Today i found out that putting the tracksize (from large to jumbo) caused the error to occure more often then recording on a track size like medium or lower.

Could it be that my graphic card (AMD Radeon R9 M390 2048mb) has any issues to visualize the waveform of the recorded track?

Couldnt find any help in the internet, maybe someone has had the same problem and knows an advice how to improve. its not that i cant live with it, but it is a little disturbing while recording someone and you have to rerecord some takes because of the error.
