Midi [emulated] in Protools (not sending signal)

im using Pt 7.4 with command 8 & midiman 2x2... When i didnt have the command 8 i was syncing the Roland x6 wit the midiman perfectly but for some reason or another when i installed the drivers for the command 8 it made the midi inputs/outputs have [Emulated] next to them now i cant sync my Roland x6 as slave ((Not receiving the midi beat clock signal!!!)) I want to find out how to clear the [emulated] from PT..... Even if i uninstall Pt and reinstall it still says the samething and i caint even sync my Roland x6 to protools!!!

I'm having the same problem with my Motu and ProTools 9.
The midi-out are (emulated)...
