Help Freeze on "Initializing audio engine"

only PT 11.1,2

Please anyone knows about this?

Seen it here too. Oddly enough, the 2 solutions were; 1-uninstall and re-install, and/or, 2- go away and come back a week later

Seriously, I know that sounds silly, but I have 3 system drives that I can rotate(all hard drives are in SATA cages). 2 are PT10.3.8 and 1 is PT11(whatever the newest version is. Last month, I booted up for a session and had this issue on the 10.3.8 drive I was using the day before. Swapped to the backup 10.3.8 drive and got the same message. Swapped in the 11 drive.............and got the same message. Went back to drive 1 and did an uninstall/reinstall of 10.3.8 and was up and running. 5 days later, I tried the 11 drive(expecting to need to uninstall/reinstall) and PT opened right up. Ran some "housecleaning" programs on the first drive and it did flag and remove a trojan. But the 11 drive could not be more separated in any way(and came up clean after all scans).
