Why is it unexpectedly quitting??
Pro Tools keeps "unexpectedly quitting". I've tried throwing out the Digidesign Databases folder and that didn't help. The same thing was happening to iTunes today when I was using the mbox as the output device. is that a clue?
Thanks to anyone who can offer help! Kyle. [email protected] |

Re: Why is it unexpectedly quitting??
There are many reasons why this might be happening. First of all, make shure your computer and OS are approved by DIGI ( http://www.digidesign.com/compato/ ), and you have 'energy saving' set for highest performance. Try also repairing permissions. In your next post, describe your setup (computer model, OS, PT version, DIGI hardware, the drive you're recording to etc) and the specific sircumstances when this problem is happening; is it when instantiating plug-ins, assigning outputs or sends etc...? The more information you can provide, the better the chances are for DUCers to help you.
