Default iLok Cloud Problem

My friend have two ilok clouds account and those accounts have same mail adress. How can we combined two of them cloud sessions or how can we transfer cloud to cloud ?

Account consolidation is listed in the support area. Create a support ticket and explain the issue and the iLok people should be able to help him out.
