Activation Issue with PT 10 SE

Hi everyone,

I seem to be having trouble activating my Pro Tools SE software.

I go to the activation page, and when I enter the "Student Verification Code"
(And yes I am very careful to enter it properly)

an error messages comes up saying my code is invalid.

Any thoughts?


Anyone?



Is there no one that can help with this? Anyone from Avid want to chime in?

Hey Zac-Metal,

Welcome to the forum. We don't monitor every thread, and CS for the most part doesn't do direct support especially where you might need to post sensitive info like your email address or an activation code.

http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/h...ActivationCard covers activation, though SE isn't a version of Pro Tools that needs to be activated.

You should be using the SE installer disc that came with your keyboard, interface, or mic. See http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/faq/en417171 for more info.
