Not sure about that. By renewing in November you broke, sort of, your previous plan's terms and conditions. Out of curiosity, why didn't you simply let renew itself on dec. 31?

I was a theoretical point, I haven't renewed yet, many of us have march 31 2016.
What do you think will happen when everybody is going to renew the same date?
Chaos. I still haven't got my bonus plugins after several months now so I don't really trust Avid to get it right. I end up with a non functional system, that's what I expect to happen. So If I wan't to be sure, and pay in advance, which ought to be good for everyone why get punished? I haven't renewed before so Avid does not have my credit card data and even if they did it needs a security action from my part, or rather my boss and who knows what he will be doing at that date. Maybe out of town. I'm just about to renew my Waves plan which of course will be extended a year from when the old plan expire no matter when I pay it.
How can it be any other way? I spend so much time sorting out **** that Avid caused. Missing updates, software not working, missing licenses etc…
