Just opened case w/ Avid. This sucks.

Default Error trying to activate licenses for Pro Tools 12.6

Just opened case w/ Avid...and cancelled my session for this afternoon.

Avid tech couldn't figure it out and escalated the case. In the meantime they were able to re-issue my old license so I can continue working in 12.5.2
Lost several hours of paying work this afternoon.

Dean solved his issue by updating iLok License Manager (from 2.5.2 to 3.1.1).

What version do you have installed?

If current, what happens when you Activate the Pro Tools HD Perpetual Bundle to your iLok2?

I had the newest version of ilok license manager. When attempting to activate the bundle I'd get an error message stating it was unsuccessful. I forget the exact language. The Avid tech on the phone did a screen sharing and tried a few times, eventually restoring my 12.5.2 older license so I can continue working this evening. My case has been escalated and I'm awaiting another phone call.

Thanks for clarifying. So that's different than the OPs issue which was that an activated license was not authorizing Pro Tools 12.6. Please check avid.force.com/pkb/articles/troubleshooting/Cannot-update-to-Pro-Tools-12-6-License and reply back to your support case.
