Default Artist Mix faders 1&2 quit working but resond to touch

Hi

I got a used Artist Mix. Now two motors of faders, 1 & 2, don't work any more most of the time. They don't move when they should but when I touch them, they resont the correct position to the DAW.

I think the faders (or the motors) are done? What do you think?

How can I fix this? I would just buy the original replacements and solder them in. Or are there any other ideas?

BR
Denis
