Default mbox 3 + pt 9 + native instruments

bought a mbox 3 + pt 9

i can install every plug or app its all good but with every native instruments plug i install it slows down the loading of the sessions in pt big time. the force quit window shows that pt 9 isnt responding half the time. Restoring the audio engine settings and locating the audio files takes very long.
even just installing the reaktor player for instance.

very weird.

anything known about this?
