Hard drive external with LE

Lacie Firewire 120GB 7200RPM I know work on MAC HD and hold really good, 64 track and more.

What about Windows XP and LE? Can anyone recomend one for a session can be run on external drive--around 120 GB probably 7200RPM, latency of a hard drive??
