Recently purchased an Eleven Rack. Have the transfer of ownership paperwork as well. (First owner only had it a few days but he registered it with Avid).

When I try to install PT 8.01, I get an error and cannot install the software.

Should I fax the transfer of ownership paperwork in to Avid and then hopefully will be able to download PT?

Should I wait and try and call them on Monday?

I would try to call them, since registration support is free. Although you might be on hold for quite a while. And remember that they're on west coast time.
