MIDI Controller Problem
Hi! I'm using ProTools LE 6.4 and have installed Reason 3.0. I've inserted Reason as a plugin into a session and I'm attempting to control it with an Evolution MK-425C USB controller keyboard via USB. An error message continues to popup that says "The MIDI port may be in use by another application". It works fine when I use Reason in standalone, but when I use it in Protools via Rewire, I get the error. I looked in Answerbase for a fix, but I had no luck. Could someone help me with this?

Re: MIDI Controller Problem
What platform? Mac or PC?
If on a PC, you will need to use Pro Tools to control/record MIDI in Reason. If you must sequence in Reason, there is a workaround of unplugging the Evolution, then starting Pro Tools, then plugging the Evolution back in.
