Smile Is it possible?

I may be getting into areas of Pro Tools that I'm not yet ready to comprehend. Lately I've gleaned a bit of knowledge via You Tube instructional videos but I don't want to screw up the current session I'm working on by doing something stupid! Lots of time invested here. Here is my question. Is it possible to transfer,(move or export/import), tracks from one session to another? I've saved several versions of this one project. They are in various stages of completion and there is one region on an earlier version that I want to import into the current version. Is this possible and how do I do it. Thanks.

It's called "Import session data" (as I recall right now). It's in the file menu, I think.

Cheers,

Both of these. And you might want to import it to its own track.
