Default Does Pro Tools have a utility to turn midi tracks/songs into MusicXML?

If not, do you know a program that does it?

Not directly from Pro Tools that I know of. Pro Tools can export a score file as .sib which can be opened in Sibelius, and Sibelius can import and export MusicXML files.
