Only use TDM in auto mode. Grapic will not work until an update. Version 4.3.0 TDM works in auto mode. Use automation to change parameters and you can get by without graphic.

You don't have the TDM version, so until an update it won't work. Your tests prove that. The manufacturer has stated this.

The manufacturer confirms that TDM version works in "auto" mode. I can confirm that it does.

What more to elaborate? Is this a "huge know issue?" -- Antares has been very upfront in telling people what works and what doesn't - and they have announced fixes are coming... so what else is there to say?

This is the first I have heard of this problem and I just looked all over the Antares web site and didn't see anything about it, so I don't think that it is really a well-known problem. I'd really like to know more about it too, since I was considering upgrading to v4 from v3, but now I am reconsidering, because at least 3 is working correctly, just without some of the extra features added in AT4. If you have any links or statements from Antares about this, please provide them. thanks

All I have from Antares is a reply to an email.

I asked: "Does AutoTune TDM work with PT7?"

Answer: AutoTune 4.3 TDM works fine in PT7 if you don't use the graphical mode. It's compatible in Automatic, but not in graphic fully... it will be soon...

This is an almost identical email that I sent to EVERY plugin developer (that I own). EVERY developer answered me.Based on that info, I upgraded, knowing the limitations.

Should every developer update their website? Probably. Do all of them have the resources to do it? You'd be surprised...

Am I smarter/better prepared for the upgrade having communicated with every developer? You betcha. Am I productive in PT7 right this moment? Absolutely. More productive than in version 6.

This upgrade was not nearly as painful as from version 5 (OS9) to 6 (OSX).

Yes, there are a few workarounds and a few plugs don't work, but FOR THE MOST PART - TDM systems have been fine... it's the rtas that's the troublemaker for most developers... and not only did we anticipate this going in, the developers were happy to share it, if asked.

I suggest you send an email to your mission critical plug developers and ask them what they know... and they know...

wow...nevermind, indeed...

anyway...autotune 4.0 (rtas/hybrid)

6.7...10.3.8...HD2 accel...dual 866...2gb ram...

does anyone have any experience with this config and the new autotune...i have it "working" but their seems to be a gross redraw/resources issue...tracking meter doesn't hardly move and the autotune console is just unrepsonsive...

using it only as audiosuite...not as an instantiated plug-in...

anything?

Hi

I use this configuration and have no problems at all. Are you using lots of RTAS or HTDM stuff in the session as I've noticed this can cause strange glitching/behaviours. If you are try removing some of it and see if that helps whilst you correct the vocal.

Also are you in auto or graphic mode?
