All you need is a midi connection(and to setup midi studio to see it).

Do I need any drivers? Just by using a midi cable will work?

If the drum brain has a MIDI out and you have a MIDI input to your computer, you should be good to go. Drivers are only needed when you connect hardware directly to the computer(like if the drum brain had a USB connection).
