Monitoring through headphones with Apollo 8 - when selecting Low Latency Monitoring
Hi. I apologise if this is a stupid question (in other words - I am just missing something obvious) but I have a question with regards to monitoring through headphones, using Universal Audio Apollo:
My issue is that I send a headphone mix to a bus, to an aux track, so monitor through that aux output, rather than directly through the Apollo. This is perfect APART FROM when I arm that specific track for recording: as I have it set to Low Latency Monitoring then it automatically mutes the send, so (for example) the singer can no longer hear that particular track when singing through the headphones. Can anyone please give me guidance? Or is the answer to use the Apollo console for headphone mix? I’d really appreciate some help here! Thanks, Mick.
