Where do I find my ASC support code?

PT10 keeps crashing randomly on me and I'm not getting much info as to why aside from the Mac crash report (which still doesn't tell me much that I can use). So I want to send what info I have to Avid customer support so hopefully I can fix the problem. Apparently I need some ASC code in order to invoke a support ticket and I can't seem to find it in my PT10 documentation. Where do I find it?

I'm not sure but I received mine via email after I registered. Have you registered? Did you check emails? Was this a boxed product or download?

I bought the student edition at a retail store. Got the discs. Will try checking my emails.

Well even my most recent purchase (Eleven Rack) I received the code in an email. Not in the printed documents. So it's worth checking.
