Default Avid Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Chassis and inside Power connector Issue

I just purchased a Avid Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Chassis. It's the 1 slot Sonnet one. Also a new HDX card. The power connector with the HDX card does not connect into the Power Connection inside the Chassis. They seem to be both male. I would think a proper connector would come with the chassis? Has anyone had this issue or what connector was used to connect up the HDX Card??

I called support and they are all in Manila now and I have to wait for someone to call me back. Kinda frustrated at the moment.
My System is:
Mac Pro 3.2GHz 6 Core
1- HDX
1 - Apogee Symphony Mk2 8x8
1 - HD 16x16 Interface
Second System
Mac Pro 2013 3.5GHz 6-core Xeon E5-1650v2
1 - HDX
1 - Avid Thunderbolt 3 Expansion Chassis
1 - HD 8X8 Interface
