Error under XP

Hi,

can someone tell me what this means under XP when a download fails?

Size: 5539809280
Sender: Frank Kruse
Location Saved: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop\ABC 1
Error: GetLastError returned 183

I´m not a windows expert. This was sent to me by the recipient.

Hi Frank,

No expert myself, but a 183 error is: ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS (0xB7): Cannot create a file when that file
already exists. No idea why you'd get it though, maybe this may shed some light on it:
