Error occurred while trying to load personality “EuCon”
I am getting this error on my W10 1809 PC when launching PT2018.12 Ult. Just started today. I tried reinstalling 18.3 and I get an error 1721 “there is a problem with this Windows installer package......”
I get the same error when trying to uninstall. Not sure what started the problem. Windows hasn’t installed anything new in the last day other than virus definitions. Trashed preferences and caches. Still no luck. Is W10 1809 the issue? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I rolled back to previous image and that has resolved the issue. I must have corrupted my system somehow.
However the uninstall reinstall process still produces the 1721 error. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Last edited by jjnssn; 01-03-2019 at 09:10 PM.

Sounds like the installer is corrupt. Did you try redownloading it?
