Will Artist Series work with ANY Video Programs?

I know it won't work with Vegas because I have that and it wouldn't do squat.

But I was wondering if it worked with Final Cut or Media Composer or any of the other Pro Video Programs. Anybody here using with video?

Thanks for the replies. This leaves me with a problem now. I am 100% PC! All of my apps are running on Win. 10 Pro (which includes Vegas).

I was going to get a 12" iPad for my birthday to run the PT app on and use with my 20 fader MC Control/2 Mix/Transport rigg. Then I thought about updating my Video workstation to something that would work with these controllers. But all of these apps are Mac ONLY. I'm guessing that their too powerful to run on an iPad. So, now what should I get to run them? I'm assuming that some Mac Book laptops have touch screens, so MAYBE I could use the PT app on that??? However, if the PT app only runs on the iPad, then I'd have to get some kind of Mac desktop.

Either way, I'm screwed. The laptop screws up my custom console design for the iPad. The desktop + the iPad is gonna be more than I was planning on spending. I was hoping for a mild learning curve between Vegas and Final Cut or Media Composer, but now I'm gonna have to learn the complete Mac environment and, finally, I was looking for buy out pricing for the video apps NOT subscriptions.

I've got a lot of thinking to do. ADVICE REQUESTED!

Things to keep in mind:
I'm a Media Composer, not a Video Editor. I only need basic functions to make quick prints to send online approvals or to test SR mixes on home theater systems. Sometimes, I make little home videos for my family, hence the need for something above just rendering clips.

My goal is to make a single, one stop, command center from this "Artist Series Console," switching between apps but using the same controls for the same functions between them.

Looking for the most bang possible for the smallest cash outlay possible. I have tweaked my system to just short of System 5-MC status. All I need is to be able to incorporate the video component, without screwing up my layout and I'm exactly where I'm trying to get!

Neither Avid Media Composer nor Adobe's Premiere Pro are Mac only. They are both Windows and Mac.

They are? All the stuff I was reading about Adobe said not to bother even trying it on a PC! They said to use Mac with 10.6 OS & higher. I actually thought they had dropped Windows altogether.

Instead of reading random stuff on the internet, it's best to check with the software developer

Adobe has supported and continue to support Windows fairly aggressively.
As does Avid Media Composer.
