Pro tools 8 keyboard shortcuts...

I'm currently in the market for a mac Pro Tools Keyboard or for a set of stickers.

I suppose there will certainly be some new keyboard shortcuts in 8 so would it be better to wait for an eventually new Pro Tools 8 keyboard stickers?

What would you do?

Wait till PT8 is released this Wednesday and we'll all know if the keyboard layout has changed. If not, pick up a PT keyboard skin or dedicated keyboard from either of these amazing places:

I wouldn't buy stickers or a digi-keyboard at all. After some practice you'll know the shortcuts with your eyes closed. It's just stupid marketing for people who have too much money. Btw, the quality of those digi-keyboards are really not worth your money. I like the latest mac-keyoards very much. Very smooth

The stickers/keyboards can be very helpful when you're just starting out.

The stickers never go on very straight and the corners of them almost always end up poking you as you type and they look pretty ugly and wear out eventually. I basically ruined my keyboard and a couple hours time trying to place them on carefully with tweezers.

or an actual pro tools keyboard, but the stickers are a waste. Just print out a sheet of keyboard shortcuts rather than stickers if you can't get a real cover or keyboard.

I use logic but I'm new to pt indeed. I have a spare keyboard that's collecting dust so I tougth that converting it as a Pro Tools keyboard would be helpful and those stickers are not really expansive so...

Once again... the eye of the beholder. I installed stickers when I first started with PT... and once again when I began using Cubase. In both cases the stickers were still firmly in place by the time the keyboards crapped out.

The keys must be clean and some patience used in placing them though...
