Eleven rack stuck at boot screen

I have written about this issue but can't get no response from tech support guy so let me present it again.

Last time I was recording guitar in 48khz , after that 11r stucked in boot screen .Tried everything to flash it but nothing works . I have tried to get support via ASC but no way to get it .

Unit is Rev E and have H as last letter in serial number.It's plugged 4 years in Furman power surge .All led lights inside blink (2 reds and one green,it first blinks orange-red and then green ) .

So I'm just asking support to respond.How do you comment this issue hardware failed ,software (firmware) failed , combination of both ? Or something else .
