Default Exporting Audio Files

I use Digi 002 with Pro Tools 7.1 and have a friend that lives across the country and uses another software package. So when we work together on music, I have to bounce one track at a time as .aif, save to my workstation, and then send the files. Is there way to export the audio from every track without playing the song once for every track. Forgive my ignorance/stupidity - I'm just a hobbyist.

You could highlight the entire session and then "consolidate" your files, then "save copy" to another location. Be sure to check off the "include audio files" tab. Then, using another program like Nero or comparable, save those files that are the needed ones as .wav files to a data dvd. That's what I currently do, though I'm pretty sure others on the board have some tried and true methods.

After consolidating as mentioned above, just select all of the consolidated regions, right click the selected files in the region bin and select "Export Regions as Files".
