Default Delete Preferences?

I've been trying to figure out how to delete prefernces in PT1o, the tech support utility doesn't seem to work with PT10, probably as some of the names and paths have changed with the Avid re-branding and I can't seem to find any info on the subject. Can anyone give me a quick run down on how to do it manually? Thanks

Go to Macintosh HD > Users > "You" > Library > Preferences. Delete Pro Tools Prefs, DigiSetup.OSX, com.digidesign.Pro Tools.plist and the DAE Prefs folder. Empty Trash and restart.

If you want to trash Databses too, it's found in Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Digidesign > Databases.

In PTX, the Databases are located at:
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Pro Tools/Databases/

HELP.

Just started having issues with PT 9 session on a PC (Windows 7) and I cannot find any DAE or PREFS folder to delete (I do see some some individual DAE preference files under Program Files > Digidesign>Pro Tools).

I was able to remove my VOLUMES folder with no problem, set my PC to show all hidden folders, but no luck. I don't even see an AVID or Pro Tools folder under PROGRAM FILES.

Am I crazy? Need to resolve this ASAP as my playback will now NOT follow my edit point and I'm on a deadline.

Anyone out there? Thanks in advance...
