This is a very large processing job so if you don't see it yet... thanks for your patience.

When completed, eligible customers (paid for Pro Tools 12 or Pro Tools HD 12) will see it listed as Pro Sound Effects® | First Library along with your other products.

If you need assistance please start a case via your account or our website.

I got the following email from Avid:

First and foremost, we apologise as this is a mistake on our part.
An email was sent to all Avid customers regarding the free Pro Sound Effects First Library, which technically, is not for all customers.

Apparently, this promotion is only for customer's who have Pro Tools 12 or a subscription for Pro Tools.
If you want to avail the promotion, you'll need to purchase Pro Tools 12 Perpetual or purchase amonthly/annual subscription.

May not be happy with response but at least they replied. Personally I think the ethical thing is stand by your “mistakes “

Well, I have a Pro Tools 12HD license, and three days since the email went out, I still see nothing in my account.
