Default Master Faders

Why when I press the master fader button I don't see them

Did you actually create a master fader in the session? If not, you won't see any - just create a new one from the new track menu.

I tried it in another session still no luck. I tried selecting the master tracks still no luck?

Sounds like buggy software. I think it's time to think about either upgrading cd versions if you have not, or uninstall, and reinstall Pro Tools.

I just did that, weird... when I press it the master faders should show up at the far left, is that true, like when you create a new track? The book say's something about starting from the right most fader closest to the transport?

I just looked on my 002, that's where they're showing up. I guess now I have to find out how to get them up to the 24, bugger

Digi should give you a fresh copy of PT. Hey, I did get an idea, check your current I/O setup and see if you have your outputs set with stereo faders and two sub paths. I dunno, maybe it got corrupted.
