Error on Pro Tools startup

Hi all,

Started getting 'Could not complete your request because No such file or directory (2) while creating "Plug-In Settings"

For no reason..... I'm kinda desperate here as Pro Tools won't start because of this...

Any help appreciated.. I dumped prefs then all was fine.

Came back and restarted and I'm getting this error again, no preference trashing etc solves it now.

Sorted.

It appears that a mounted USB flash drive was causing the heartache.
