Cloud Collaboration at 99% no projects

I had a session I was working with on Cloud Collaboration. As I was editing tracks, the usage kept going up, regardless if I had removed any tracks in the process. I finally saved the session and deleted the project, however the usage still shows 99%. I put in an ASC, 02944904, this last week, hoping that it could somehow be "reset" or cleared, however I haven't gotten a response. It was my understanding that this was the only way to fix this issue. Any help to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.
