Auto Regions Fade In/Out Length

In the Reference Guide (p. 59) it says "Auto Regions Fade In/Out Length Sets a default
length for fade-ins and fade-outs automatically applied to region boundaries...." But I can't find that option in any of the Preferences panels. Is there really an option like that? (BTW the preferences panels for M-Powered still say "LE Preferences."
