All plugins missing including audiosuite in pro tools 10.3.7

I installed PT 10.3.7 on a macbook pro running OS 10.8.3 and there are no plugins showing up including audiosuite. This is an unresolved issue that I am revisiting to see if there are any new ideas. I have checked the plugin folders and they are all there in the right places. When I open PT it does not seem to be able to see the plugins because they don't show during the scanning process on the start up screen. Here is a list of things I have already tried:

-clean uninstall and reinstall of pro tools
-trashed the preferences and databases
-repaired disk permissions
-removed any 3rd party plugs

If anyone has any new ideas please let me know. Thanks

I am having the same issue with third party plug ins in 10.3.7 - waves, native instruments, etc. I haven't had too much time to deal with it so I have been using logic pro in the mean time. Sorry I'm not much help but at least you know you aren't alone.
