If you are using PC, then you can also try wise data recovery to recover the deleted audio file. If you use Mac, you'd better try some Mac data recovery software to recover deleted files on Mac. Below are some guides that may be useful:

Did you read this thread? As already covered, its Windows 10 with SSDs. Which will automatically have TRIM enabled on those drives. If the recycle bin was emptied, the files will not be recoverable.
