Default Pro Tools 12 Screen glitch when loading plugins

Hi Everyone. I just downloaded Pro Tools 12.8 and every time I load up any of the plugins or virtual instruments that come with Pro Tools (AIR effects, XpandII), my session minimizes, all of the words are cramped, and everything looks glitchy. I've loaded up other VST plugins and they work just fine. Would love to have some help with this issue. I haven't found any help elsewhere. I've attached a picture of what it looks like when I load up Xpand II

I'm running on windows 10 on a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4-1580
intel core i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz
16G RAM
64bit operating system x64-based processor
