I have a CPTK Licence as well as a PT10 licence.

so you think Complete production tool kit is worth $900? i only ask because, i am selling the same thing and have been out of touch with the state of affairs since PT9 days.

I actually think it's worth more as it's the only way to get to PT11HD. If you work in Post and need surround and don't want to use AVID hardware, you need this asset. I have PTHD so I have no need for the CPTK any longer

I'm not Kris, but it doesn't matter if it's 1 or 2, because it's just the Ilok license with no extra plugins. Either version will unlock the features in PT9-10. And either version will allow you to upgrade to HD11.

With Pro Tools 9 and 10, when you install the software, it actually installs ALL the features, including HD and such. Its the iLok authorization that tells the software which features to enable when the software opens. As an example, I have 10HD on 2 iLoks. My friend installed regular Pro Tools 10 on his system as his iLok is for non-HD 10. If he connects my iLok and opens Pro Tools on his machine, it opens as 10HD
