Connecting keyboard to rack

I have a kurzweil keyboard and triton rack. Let's say I just want to work on sequencing a song outside of protools so i just switch digi001 to monitor mode. Basically how do I get the sounds of my triton into my kurzweil. I'm sure this is a basic question but it will take me forever to find the answer in those manuals.
